Today we lost our child, our BEST FRIEND. CHLOE, you are gone but you will NEVER be forgotten. Mommy and daddy will always cherish all the memories we have good and bad. You touched our hearts and everyone else's that had the HONOR of meeting you. You will be laid to rest in your favorite GA jersey, leash and all..... And your piggy (what's left of her after you practically sucked all her stuffing out). And we will go see you all the time. I am calling mommy Erica now to give her the news. You were such a princess. I remember taking you out to go bye bye all the time and you'd try to get in before I could get the door open!! (she knew that meant 1 of 3 things: French Fries, a play date, or a trip to Adopt-A-Bul!!) it's so hard for mommy to leave you alone. I go see you a bunch throughout the day:( and I try to eat your fav "fry fry's. You little fry monster!! I miss your snoring. It was peaceful at night. It helped mommy sleep too. I miss my good morning kisses, your nudges, grunts and even your stinky farts.. Oh yeah best believe this "princess" could out do anyone!! Whew!) Lol. I know you're up there playing with Jesus and all the other friends you had, I know your telling me ( "mommy don't C=cry, I'm ok, I'm young and can play with my ball, run, my ears don't hurt I can hear like I did when I was a pup, I'm always right by your side, I'm never far away!! We beat them Gators this year mommy!! They didn't want any of this princess!! I know eventually you will get another dog. Please go back to helping mommy Erica @ AABR! She loves you so much. I see all these dogs up here killed by shelters, or thrown away! It's sad mommy. They never got the love me or many others were able to receive. We got a second chance to be adopted to another loving home! Thanks to Adopt-A-Bull!! I know we spread the message all the time but please remind everyone "ADOPTION IS THE WAY!!!" I gotta go now. Cry for me, miss me, but I'll always Be In your heart. But plz don't pass up another dog in need to take my spot on the bed... I have a huge one all to myself up here and I can look down on you and daddy. So please stop crying, I am with Jesus now. I am safe. I Am home! I love and miss "every-bully"!!) We will see you soon baby girl. RIP. WE ♥ YOU!!!

 

So most of you know I AM the 1st PRINCESS mommy Erica let in to Adopt A Bull. Most of you know me as Chloe. I am sure you've seen the Christmas pics my other blog that Mommy took of me. I knew it was getting a bit nibbley outside and then when she put me in the Santa outfit and took time away from my regular naps and playing that only a princess gets to do all day long, to take pics to send to Mommy Erica something good must have been coming. Sure enough when the mail man rang the door bell today(which by the way I don’t like his normal visits or his stupid bag he totes) Mommy freaked and said the key word every PRINCESS loves to hear “Chloe you have presents!” I jumped up off my bed and went to dancing and doing the famous Adopt A Bull butt wiggle that Mommy Erica taught me!  I couldn’t wait to see what it was. Mommy just wasn’t opening it fast enough for me. So I started to do my brat growl( That’s what mommy calls it when she doesn’t move fast enough for me). She FINALLY got it open and held it to her heart and started crying. I knew it was something good…..Sure enough Mommy bent down and said this is from Mommy Erica. It was the best thing I have got! A cute pink picture frame shaped like a bone with my name made out of DIAMOND RHINSTONES on it! In one of the slots there I was in my Santa outfit with my bear asleep on my bed and in the next one was Mommy Erica’s Adopt A Bull card! I just LUB it!!!!! I wanted to grab it and take it to my bed but Mommy told me no.=(  So instead, I settled for it to go above my bed on the mantel. I knew when Mommy Erica said we would be friends fur ever that she meant it! She meant it so much that she was the 1st to give me my Christmas present. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! By the way the present was given to a princess but its fit for a queen. I am going to take pictures with it later and have Mommy send them! By the way I am doing great! I keep you and everyone else in my bullie prayers everyday!  Mommy Shannon and Mommy Lauren I miss and lub ya’ll to! I think about everyone everyday! Love, Princess Chloe

A note from Mommy, Erica I have to tell you when I first found out about Adopt A Bull and adopted the love of my life I never knew I would adopt a friend like you as well. =) You have been there for me and Chloe in more ways than you will ever know. You hold a very special place in my heart as I know you do in Chloe’s. This whole experience has been one of the best things in my life. I don’t know if I ever told you but, before I found you on the web I was going to go to GA and pay over $3,000.00 for my first EB. I came across your web page and that’s when I laid eyes on Chloe for the first time. She won my heart. It said local adoption only but I didn’t care. I was going to try everything to get her as I knew how precious she was and felt the true meaning between "buying" and "adopting". I always knew adoption was a good way to go but it was Adopt A Bull who made me realize it. When you told me congratulations my whole world changed. I had my Princess and was on my way. Little did I know, it didn’t stop there..I also gained a true friend….YOU.I just want to let anyone know that may be looking into Adopt A Bull Rescue whether it's for surrender, adoption or fostering, everything this rescue does is truly for the love of the breed. It all comes from the heart and is NOT FOR PROFIT!!! I bolded that just because so many people say it and pocket the money and they don’t truly mean it, Adopt A Bull however, does. These ladies ALL have full time jobs and work to not only support themselves but put every extra penny they have into a surgery, a heart worm treatment, an eye medication, special high quality FOOD, toys, etc. They work real hard to save these bullies and re-home them to good, qualified, carefully screned people. Erica you are the most unselfish person I know. I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me and my family.  I can never repay you, as you can't put a price tag on happiness and that is what you gave me. From Chloe's new parents: "So here is another story for you.... I swear they are true but you know heras good as I do =P Chloe has got into TV. Yup she sits right in front of the couch and watches it with us. My husband had to watch transformers the movie and poor Chloe was sitting there and you could really tell she was watching it. She was looking right at it following her head with that car when it would move. When they started transforming she flipped out. She got so scared she ran as fast as she could to her cave under the table. Its so funny because it reminds me of the hard wood flooring commercial where the family is watching a scary move and their dog pees on the floor! OMG my girl trips me out! She is so dang funny!"

So, I have to tell you this. Maybe I just love my Chloe or I needed a good laugh. We were eating dinner last night and Chloe has to be with us 24/7 so she sits with us while we eat as well. Well, Barry dropped a French fry and she jumped off that couch so dang quick, I did not even have time to grab it before she was eating it. So, the funny part is that after she did my husband went to point at the TV to get me to look at something and Chloe did this HILARIOUS chop at his finger. Thinking it was a French fry. She didn't do a "snap" or a "bite" it was this funny "chomp". When we were going to bed last night Barry said since quite some time had passed "lets see if she will still do it?" Well,
my sweet baby girl did! Ha! Soo Cute! She loved the way that fry tasted! We really just love her. She has a AWESOME personality. At night she will get out of bed to get some water and when she gets back she has to wake us up to put her back in the bed. Well any normal dog would just bark. Not Chloe! She puts her paws buy our pillow and does such a soft "Woof Woof" like she is whispering in our ears! Anyway, I just had to tell you. I thought that fry thing was so cute! Take Care!

I am sorry we can not be there to help with things. I am very upset not to be there for the kissing booth =( I donated $5 for the kissing booth from Chloe! She said "Mommy, I need you to give me some money so I can get my Mommy Erica to kiss my bubba Wally Bear for me." So, here you are! Chloe gets what she wants! =)

Chloe says hi!!! I have a VERY cute picture to send you. I will send it as soon as I get home. She is doing GREAT!!!! I took her for her vet check up and her ears are good, skin is doing fine, and her weight is good. They said she could standto loose a few lbs but Chloe disagrees. She was not nice to him after he said that! It was soo funny! I am taking her to the guy my parents took our dog. He is really good with her and she likes him....well I did. I did gethim to do another culture on her ears and got some drops for them. Anyway just a little update!
